Data Feed:

• The MarketVisionPlus software is fed by three data systems:
  
  
  1. Daily update of your historical database of quotes and news (Update Function)
     
     
     
  2. Automatic adjustment of the quotes during the trading session (When the Online mode is enabled)
     
     
     
  3. Access to the intra-day charts
     
     
     
• All the subscription packages provide access to these three update systems. The packages are billed per month, per market at the end of each month.
  
  
• The daily quotes and the intraday charts are delayed by 20 minutes on the New York market and 15 minutes on all other markets.

• Although the software is powered by three data feeds, having a subscription is required to update your data.
  
  
• The two other data systems give you access to the quotes of the current trading day as well as to the intraday charts. If you have a subscription and are able to update your database daily, the online function along with the intraday chart function will work.
   
• The monthly subscriptions are billed each month, based on how many markets you track. Billing is based on calendar months. The cancellation of a subscription must be done before the end of the month. To unsubscribe, a simple email or phone call will suffice.

• You will not have to pay this fee a second time if you already have a real-time quotes subscription for the Traderplus software.

*Royalties: Subscribing to real-time requires, in addition to the above, a payment of monthly or yearly royalties to the applicable stock exchanges:

• Toronto: $6 monthly ($72 yearly)
• TSX Venture: $6 monthly ($72 yearly)
• NASDAQ, NYSE and AMEX **: $1.40 monthly ($16.80 yearly)
• Dow-Jones: $16.80 yearly

Royalties are always charged for full months.
Yearly royalties subscriptions are charged for a full year.
